About Matthew

Matthew Pitman is a New York-based actor with a BFA in Acting from Oklahoma City University. His passion for the performing arts began in third grade when he was the only boy in his hip-hop class, and it has only grown stronger over the years. Matthew's recent film credits include Birdie (2024), Grape Chapstick (2024), and Sorry, We’re Open (2022). On stage, he has taken on roles such as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, Frankie in A Lie of the Mind, Lenny in Marisol, and Julius Caesar in Julius Caesar.
